Grease Away™ is a biodegradable grease emulsifier engineered to neutralize, break down and dissolve the remnants of fat-based greases and oils left on restaurant rooftops from ventilation discharge, and also grease spills in grease dumpster enclosure areas.
After installing a Grease Gutter™ rooftop grease protection system to contain grease discharge from your ventilator, simply sprinkle the fine white granular beads on the grease saturated surfaces, and within a week the harmless by-product of grease can either be rinsed away by hose or the next rainfall. It’s that simple!
